We are a gate maintenance company near you. Offering UK wide gate maintenance, gate repairs and gate services for all types of sliding gates, swing gates, bi-folding gates and bespoke gates. Our gate service Engineers are here to get you gate fixed, and maintained we our gate service contracts. As with anything electrical or mechanical, regular servicing and maintenance will help to ensure many years of reliable gate use and may also help to prevent future problems arising.

Electric gate preventative maintenance plans are perfect to ensure we pick up on any potential defects, or issues with the gate before they happen. Preventative maintenance is essential in keeping your driveway gate operational all year around. We will ensure you gate is fully checked to the latest gate safety standards. Reduced labour rate & 20% parts discount.

Emergency call outs and service works will be carried out during our normal business hours. Out of hour Emergency call outs will be carried out for contract customers only. Reduced labour and parts discount for customers on maintenance plans.
What we cover under warranty?
We warranty our gate installations and repairs for labour and gate automation equipment for one year and access control accessories for one year on our standard Silver plan. This means we’ll come and fix any part of the installation without any cost to you for any part we have installed, subject to yearly manufactures service completed or service plan subscription. Customer that do not wish to take out a service plan or have there gate serviced, we will still offer the same warranty cover for the first 90 days after installation with parts and labour, then only labour is charged thereafter upto 12 months after installation on wards at our non contracted rate.
We do offer extended warranty plans, if you would like a service and maintenance package for your new gate installation for total peace of mind, to cover the cost of labour and parts for new gate installations.
Our warranty covers any part that has been installed new by our gate Engineering team only.
We also offer a comprehensive back up service for all contracted customers, and will happily give you any assistance.
There are absolutely no hidden costs. We’ll tell you how much the job will be, while anything extra you might want to add on will be priced separately and only installed at your request and with your agreement before any work is carried out on your gates
What we don't cover?
Unfortunately we are unable to cover any cost for repairs or adjustments to the equipment should it be modified, damaged, un-serviced, painted, environmental issues such as flooding, wind or sunlight damage, power cuts/ voltage surges.
3rd party equipment or adjustments will not be covered. Should any equipment boxes such as control panels need to be opened, please seek prior consent to avoid removing any warranty stickers that might invalidate any warranty with us.
Gate repairs carried out by a 3rd party company will invalidate any warranty, unless prior consent given by us and the gate company must be registered with Gate Safe or DHF.
Battery replacement - Due to the nature of batteries, and shelf life, we are only able to cover battery replacements for 30 days. Battery back up systems must be left on charge. Power cuts will result in a charged call out and repair.

Non-Contract - We will provide the next available appointment.

Silver Contract - We will ensure an Engineer is on site within 1-2 working days of initial contact -
Gold Contract - We will ensure an Engineer is on site within 1 working days of initial contact
Platinum Contract - We will ensure an Engineer is on site within 4 hours of initial contact
Service plan customers get priority over non contract customers.
Excludes weekend and out of hours
Additional time time charged for any time over 15 minutes for booking onto site, delays or inductions.
